These terms of sale govern the sale of digital photographs (individually or as packs) on the BuyMyPicx website.
Purchased files are digital goods delivered by immediate download after payment; in line with regulations applicable to digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal upon confirming an order.
Each purchase includes a usage license whose scope (personal, commercial, number of media) must be specified here by the seller.
